What is a leader? What distinguishes a leader from a manager or a supervisor or a foreman or a superior? Is leadership a matter of hierarchy? Or is something more at play?
Your answers are probably influenced by the way you view the world. An idealist's notion of leadership is considerably different from a cynic's, or a mystic's, or... whatever. What is your angle on reality? How do you explain the way the world really works?
In two hours we can just touch the surface. But let's have some fun. How is your definition of leadership related (or not) to your definition of reality? Is it a good match? If so, does it always work? If not, why not?
